For New Year
16 Dec 11
The Bingham, Richmond upon Thames’s award-winning restaurant with rooms, will be putting a lighter spin on its lunch menu from the New Year. Executive chef Shay Cooper has announced a set lunch menu which will have at least one dish of each course which is lower calorie, and light on carbs. But even more importantly for many in these troubled financial times, the new menu will be lighter on the wallet as prices have been reduced!
“At just £16 for two courses and £19.50 for three (normally £22.50 and £26 respectively) this new set lunch represents exceptional value for money and is sure to be popular.” The Bingham’s owner Samantha Trinder comments.
Dishes on the new lunch menu are likely to include starters such as Organic Duck Egg, salt baked pumpkin, glazed chestnuts, roast duck and Madeira consommé, and mains including Poached Sea Trout, grilled razor clams, broccoli purée, globe artichoke and hazelnut vinaigrette. Desserts such as Caramel Poached Pear, with candied walnuts, bergamot lemon curd and cream cheese sorbet complete the line up.
